From the moment we began the search for our new pool in the Fall of 2019 we were most impressed with Barrie Fibreglass Pools & Spas. Katie greeted us warmly, spent time explaining our options and gave us a complete breakdown.

Originally we were going to have the pool installed as soon as we moved into our new home in September but decided to wait until we were more settled in, in the Spring. Barrie Fibreglass Pools were extremely accommodating.

Then Covid 19 hit. We waited with anticipation and were constantly kept in the loop of when construction could begin. Once the crew arrived, we couldn't have been more pleased. Don, Cal and Liam went over and above anything we expected. They gently moved, with an excavator and skid steer working simultaneously, a well used gazebo, placing it perfectly on the opposite side of the yard. Also needing to be moved was a fence, old shed and multiple tree stumps. They arrived every morning and left in the evening, in a cheerful mood despite working in sweltering hot temperatures.

This is our 3rd pool and the best crew and business we have ever worked with. They are extremely knowledgeable and you can rest assured they will guide you with the most appropriate product and placement available.
